Performance Data Collection is either not installed or the version is not supported in Teradata Viewpoint

Problem:

Cause:

Viewpoint Performance Data Collection Portlet does not recognize PDCR installation.

Solution:

Upgrade viewpoint. In our cased viewpoint 16.10.00.02 does not recognize PDCR 16.20. After upgrading viewpoint to 16.20 its solved the problem.
