Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details after login EM Cloud control 12c

Problem:

After login it giving Message “Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details

Solution:

The URL being used is :-

http://<hostname>:<port>/em/console

This URL is generates this error.

The URL that should be used is:-

http://<hostname>:<port>/em

(There is no '/console' at the end)
